There’s a legendary ad published by polar explorer
Ernest Shackleton:
“People wanted for hazardous journey. Small wages, bitter cold, long months of complete darkness, constant danger, safe return doubtful. Honor and recognition in case of success.”
If Ernest Shackleton were a lawyer recruiting for The Lynch Law Group, the attitude behind his legendary call would build teams ready to take on bold challenges and do work that matters.
At The Lynch Law Group, we’re not facing sub-zero temperatures (unless someone messes with the thermostat), but we are looking for smart, driven people who aren’t afraid to dive in. Law is demanding—late nights, tough cases, high stakes. But around here, you’ll also find:

- Clients who push us to think creatively
- A team that celebrates each other (and hands out trophies while we’re at it)
- Leadership that’s all-in on your growth
- And, yes, safe returns almost always guaranteed
If you want honor and recognition in case of success—and a few laughs along the way—we’d love to hear from you.

Mental Health Matters
We know that thriving attorneys need more than just professional development—they need real support. That’s why The Lynch Law Group partners with Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers (LCL) to keep mental wellness front and center.
In fact, we were the only law firm in Pennsylvania to host LCL’s full four-part mental health series, bringing their team in once per quarter throughout 2022 and 2023. Their facilitator even gave us a public shoutout for our commitment to the well-being of our team.
It’s not just talk. It’s part of how we work.
