Victor S. Kustra

Victor S. Kustra is a Partner in the Business & Corporate Law, the Real Estate Law, and the Business Succession Planning Practice Groups at The Lynch Law Group. He serves as outside general counsel to small and mid-sized businesses, most with annual revenues ranging from $2 million to $80 million. Victor advises owners and C-Suite executives on a wide range of corporate matters, including entity formation, governance, restructurings, contract negotiation, partner disputes, and employment issues.

Victor also focuses on mergers and acquisitions, representing buyers and sellers in transactions involving stock purchases, asset purchases, membership interest purchases, redemptions, and leveraged buyouts. He is known for guiding clients through each stage of the deal process with practical, business-minded advice.

In addition to his corporate practice, Victor assists clients with real estate transactions, including agreements of sale, commercial and residential leases, and strategic planning for investment properties.

Recognized for his professional excellence, Victor has been selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars List (2021–2025) and named among Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch (2024 and 2025).
