Leading with a compassionate heart and practicable advice, Liberty concentrates her practice in all types of family matters, for all types of families, including those married, cohabitating, blended, single parent, co-parenting, childless, adoptive, lgbtqia+, grandparents, or other non-traditional family structures. She also handles protection from abuse matters, minor and adult name changes, and pre-nuptial, post-nuptial, separation, and cohabitation agreements.
In addition to extensive, traditional litigation experience, she is also a trained Collaborative Law attorney and Mediator with over 18 years of experience in alternative dispute resolution techniques. In addition to family law, Liberty has significant experience assisting clients with estate planning and probate, as well as employment-related matters.
Liberty is a founding member of “The Collaborative Law Association of Southwestern Pennsylvania (CLASP)” and a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP). Liberty resides in Hampton Township with her family, where she is actively involved in the community. She contributes as a volunteer with various children and youth ministries at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, where she served for many years as a lay-leader and as Secretary of Church Council.
Liberty is available to meet with clients in-person in our Cranberry Office, by phone or through video conferencing.
