Jason Farrelly

Jason Farrelly is an Associate Attorney at The Lynch Law Group where he is in the Litigation and the Transportation Practice Groups. Jason is a focused and pragmatic litigator, dedicated to delivering timely, clear, and effective counsel for his clients. With a background in finance and law, Jason brings a unique perspective to his legal practice, helping clients navigate complex disputes in Pennsylvania’s state and federal courts. Known for his attention to detail and ability to mobilize quickly, Jason’s primary objective is always to secure the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Jason’s practice spans a variety of complex legal areas, including commercial litigation, real estate, employment and general corporate transactions. He has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a range of cases at the federal and state trial court level across the region. He has extensive experience in trial preparation, including overseeing voluminous electronic discovery, preparing, taking, and defending depositions, drafting high-stakes motions at trial and appellate courts; and taking cases through trial to a verdict. Jason is known for his strategic approach and his ability to drive cases to successful resolutions.

In addition to his litigation practice, Jason provides outside counsel to individuals and small and mid-sized businesses, including day-to-day counseling developing cost-effective strategies for resolution and offering risk management advice to help clients avoid future disputes. His knowledge of business and finance, combined with his legal expertise, allows him to offer clients a unique perspective on managing legal risks and making informed decisions in their business operations.

Jason is a proud Duquesne University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and earned his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law, where he graduated with honors as a Faculty Scholarship recipient and served as an Articles Editor for the Michigan State International Law Review.

Outside the courtroom, Jason is a dedicated family man and an enthusiastic supporter of Pittsburgh sports, sharing his passion with his wife and two young children. He is committed to serving his community and is focused on providing exceptional legal representation with integrity and precision.
