John P. Sieber

John P. Sieber is an Associate Attorney at The Lynch Law Group where he brings a unique blend of legal expertise and practical business experience to the firm. He is a member of the Litigation, Business & Corporate Law, Labor & Employment, and Municipal Law Practice Groups. A recent graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, John is excited to contribute to the firm’s entrepreneurial and collaborative culture.

Prior to earning his J.D., John gained valuable experience as a consultant and certified elevator inspector at Elevator Management Services, a family-owned elevator management company. In this role, he provided consulting services to clients in various industries, oversaw contract negotiations, conducted corporate compliance, and oversaw modernization projects. This hands-on experience in business operations gives John a pragmatic perspective when addressing clients’ legal needs.

During his time at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, John honed his legal skills through several clerkships and an externship. At a previous firm, he drafted and updated operating agreements for athletic facilities across multiple states while at another, John gained experience in business entity formation, contract disputes, corporate governance, and intellectual property matters. He also represented clients in Protection from Abuse hearings and assisted in civil litigation matters. Additionally, John served as an extern at the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division, where he conducted legal research, assisted in amending local rules of civil procedure, and supported the Landlord-Tenant Help Desk.

A firm believer in the power of personal connections, John understands that clear and effective communication is the foundation of any successful relationship. He is committed to building strong rapport with clients and colleagues alike, ensuring that their needs are understood and addressed with care and precision. As an active member of several professional organizations, including the Allegheny County Bar Association, National Association of Elevator Safety Authorities, and Building Owners & Management Association of Pittsburgh, John stays at the forefront of industry developments and best practices.
